- Admission: $3.50 per person
- Children under 16 FREE with parent
- Bring your non-perishable food donations and save 50¢ on admission, to help us “Build a House of Food” for the Salvation Army
SATURDAY IS FAMILY DAY!
Supervised children’s activity area available from 12-4pm, children ages 4 and older are welcome.
Kids can enjoy a wide range of activities like: Lowe’s “Make & Take” birdhouses, herb garden or tool boxes, Coloring Contest, Puzzles, Games, Play-Dough, Exploration Table, Books and more!!
Seminar Schedule:
Saturday March 29th
10:30am –Roorbach’s: “Gardening with your Kids - A Lesson for Life”
There will be soil, some rooting plants, some water gel, etc. to look at and then let’s plant seeds for the families to take home and watch sprout and grow. Just as spring brings excitement, so can watching the wonders of a new plant growing. Parents bring your children to this interactive seminar then drop them off at the supervised children’s activity area while you visit the exhibitor’s.
12:30pm – Manitowoc Police Department: “Internet Safety for People of all Ages”
The seminar will be presented with the use of a Power Point presentation and handouts. The internet is a wonderful communication tool but it is a potentially dangerous tool. The goal of the presentation is to provide the attendees with a number of things that will keep their families and themselves safe while they are on the internet.
Sunday March 30th
11:00am – Dan Watton from Lowe’s: “Curb Appeal & Outdoor Living Spaces”
Enhance the beauty and value with landscaping. Beginners guide to bringing your indoor environment to the outdoors by creating unique spaces and curb appeal. Bring an open mind, a notebook, your questions and pictures.
12:00pm – Lowe’s: “Deck’s”
Hear about the differences between composite material vs. wood decks. Also maintenance of you deck. Learn how to make you deck look new or how to make it look old. Do you need to replace a part of your deck or fence? Hear about products that can make it happen.
1:30pm – Kevin Hogan, WI Energy Conservation Corp. “Green and Energy Building/Remodeling”
