Welcome to the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association!

The Manitowoc County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) is a builder's association in Wisconsin that represents firms and individuals involved in the construction industry in Manitowoc County. Our builder and associate members are engaged in a wide range of construction related activities, ranging from residential design, construction and remodeling to major commercial projects. MCHBA is also comprised of individuals who support the building industry and/or provide various services to the industry. They include subcontractors, lenders, real estate agents, insurance representatives, developers and others.

MCHBA serves its members and the public as an advocate for safe, affordable housing, acts as a resource for housing information, and a community partner. We are a builder's association in Wisconsin, representing firms and individuals involved in the construction industry in Manitowoc County. We are over 300 members strong, and growing.
